Round 3: William Faulkner Finale
Congratulations goes out to Cassie Marshall the top finalist from Round 2. And to honor her achievement Round 3 has a little Mississippi tie in (Ok, really little). William Faulkner was a famous writer. He wrote novels, poems, and short stories. The following is a quote...
If I were reincarnated, I'd want to come back a buzzard. Nothing hates him or envies him or wants him or needs him. He is never bothered or in danger, and he can eat anything.
So, for Round 3 we need an evening gown, something based on this quote. Don't be too literal, we don't want buzzard heads sprouting from the dress. We want something fierce that's "never bothered or in danger" and something timeless and distant because "nothing hates him or envies him or wants him or needs him." So, be creative, this shouldn't be a typical gown, but it's completely open to your own interpretation. Just make sure we can understand you.
- You must use the same full body base as you used for Rounds 1 and 2. Keep the skin tone, eye color, hair color/length, etc. the same as Rounds 1 and 2.
- Your gown must reflect/illustrate the Faulkner quote. Think fierce, think regal, think dramatic, think different.
- The doll must also be wearing a crown or tiara
- The only writing that should be on the image is "Miss _____" and "2008"
- No props or backgrounds other than accessories (ie: jewelry and clucthes) are allowed.
- The Round ends November 8th
